Poles Production

The prestressing pole is produced continuously on the formwork and is cut to size when it is lifted from the mould; it comes with a typical trapezoidal section, determined by the shape of moulds, with the upper face often finished with chamfering and smoothing to improve finishing.

  • The metal reinforcement consists in 4 and 6 plaits of wire triads made of spring steel with 2.25mm diameter (type 3x2.25mm);

  • The metal reinforcement consists in 4 and 6 plaits of wire triads made of spring steel with 2.25mm diameter (type 3x2.25mm);
  • Technology for chamfering and smoothing of the upper surface excluding sharp corners;
  • Optimum distribution of reinforcement and uniform protective layer to prevent reinforcement corrosion;
  • Inert materials are produced according to special requirements determined during tests at a similar production in Italy;
  • Cement of brand 500 of the first group directly from the manufacturer, carload delivery;
  • For homogeneity and quality of the concrete mix, a concrete unit with a Sicoma, Italy planetary mixer was used and equipped with humidity sensors in an inert material bin and mixer;
